Alexa BERNABÉ joined HOUARI AVOCATS in 2022.

Holder of a Master’s II in private law relating to individuals and property, Alexa BERNABÉ puts the knowledge she acquired during her academic studies, as well as the experience gained during particularly enriching work placements, at the service of the firm’s clients.

She supports the firm’s clients with rigour, empathy and compassion when handling family law litigation cases, whilst also assisting with amicable proceedings, prioritising, where possible, peaceful solutions tailored to the interests of all parties.

Alexa BERNABÉ has developed particular expertise in the law relating to vulnerable persons, an area in which she regularly practises.

Sensitive to the personal and financial issues associated with vulnerability, she supports protected individuals, their loved ones and family representatives through the various stages of legal protection measures.

Through an approach that is both technical and compassionate, Alexa BERNABÉ ensures she provides personalised solutions to the situations she encounters, taking into account the specific family, financial and personal circumstances of each case.
